Eduardo\u2019s Career Beginnings<\/h2>\n

Eduardo\u2019s career began 10 years ago in his home country of Brazil. \u201cAs a child, I was always fascinated by computers and technology. During computer classes at school, I knew this was the field I wanted to pursue.\u201d After earning his master\u2019s degree, Eduardo started his career as a software developer. Transitioning theoretical knowledge into practical applications was initially challenging, but he quickly found his footing. Over the years, he held several impactful developer roles in Brazil, balancing a serious work ethic with a joyful approach.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_id=”Outtask”][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

Why Outtask stands out<\/h2>\n

While working as a senior developer in Brazil, Eduardo was approached by an Outtask recruiter about the opportunity to use his passion for software development in the Netherlands. \u201cI was already considering new challenges when Outtask reached out. From the first conversation, I had a great feeling about the company.\u201d<\/p>\n

Still, Eduardo had his doubts. \u201cIn Brazil, I\u2019d worked as an external consultant for several companies before, and the experience wasn\u2019t great. I often felt disconnected from the company I was representing, like I was forgotten as soon as I started with a client. He started his journey working for a financial services provider and recently transitioned to a new role at ING. \u201cOuttask keeps in touch regularly. My field manager knows me as a person, not just a developer. They frequently check in to ensure I\u2019m happy in my role and ask if I need anything. It\u2019s clear I can trust the people here. Outtask really feels like family.\u201d This personal connection reassured Eduardo that joining Outtask was the right decision.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_id=”nieuw-leven”][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

Starting a new life in the Netherlands<\/h2>\n

Working for Outtask wasn\u2019t just a new professional challenge\u2014it marked a major personal milestone. Moving to the Netherlands meant leaving behind Brazil and settling on a completely different continent. Eduardo and his wife embraced the change, driven by their mutual desire to explore new cultures.<\/p>\n

\u201cSettling in a new country isn\u2019t easy, but Outtask made it much smoother,\u201d Eduardo explains. \u201cThey assigned someone to help find housing for us, which made a big difference. Outtask even arranged for someone to pick us up from the airport!\u201d<\/p>\n

Living in the Netherlands has been a dream come true for Eduardo and his wife. \u201cWe\u2019ve always wanted to explore new cultures, and we can do that here. I enjoy cycling to discover new places, especially those with a rich history. The Dutch culture has its differences from the one I grew up in, but also many similarities. The Netherlands truly feels like home now. We\u2019re even considering staying here permanently.\u201d[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_id=”uitdaging”][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

Challenges that keep him engaged<\/h2>\n

Eduardo\u2019s work at Outtask continues to challenge and fulfill him. \u201cAt ING, I\u2019m part of a large-scale project to update critical systems. Even after years in development, I still find plenty of challenges here,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n

Challenges are essential for Eduardo\u2014and for Outtask. \u201cOuttask frequently checks in to ensure I feel challenged in my role. If not, they\u2019re ready to explore new opportunities that might suit me better. They genuinely care about keeping us engaged.\u201d[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_id=”blij”][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

No regrets about the move<\/h2>\n

Eduardo is confident he made the right decision by joining Outtask. \u201cOuttask isn\u2019t like other consultancy firms developers may be used to. They\u2019re truly interested in you and stay involved. They take great care of you and do everything they can to ensure you have a great experience.
